Day 03
Breathe 14-Day Program • 14m
You may not know it, but if you’ve done Day 1 and Day 2, your breathing has gotten better. But, there’s still lots of work to do. You are now working on turning your ribcage into a thoracic cavity. What’s the difference? Well, a cage is a box with bars on it. It doesn’t flex and it doesn’t move. We don’t want that. We want to bring pliability back to our thoracic cavity. So, in Day 3, you will repeat The Sequence, and will add on Exhale Pulsations and we introduce you to the Intercostal Stretch. Finally, you should have taken your BIQ before starting the program. After today, we will retake your BIQ to see if you’ve made objective improvement in your breathing.
